At VW Volleyball World, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear; if your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your VW Volleyball World account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return for court-readiness, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
